We were staying in an air bnb in the area and saw the reviews for this restaurant where good! We weren’t disappointed. On arrival staff were attentive and made so much effort to have a conversation with us with our very little Portuguese! The menu is simple and but has everything that you need for a superb meal, we had the whole chicken and pork on both nights we ate here with mixed salad and chips, the meal was fresh, hot and tasty! Deserts where delicious and again we tried a few different ones all fantastic. All facilities where clean. The Staff where so polite, along with excellent food we were only here for 5 nights and ate here twice! Will certainly be back!

Staff were so friendly and gave fantastic service, can not recommend this place enough. Best meal eaten while on holiday

There was some reall... read more Amazing hole in the wall near the W hotel. Super friendly people who also happen to own/bake/cook. The tomato and onion salad was so fresh. There was some really good balsamic on the table as a nice added touch. The first highlight was the chicken. By far the best we have had on our journey from north to south Portugal. Don’t eat too much because the second and best highlight are the deserts. I use plural because you will not be able to decide on just one. Honestly we could have had one of each, sadly we had to make a choice. We chose the bannafee and the lime cheesecake. OMG. Out of this world. I would come back just to try the others on the menu.
