Fresh and excellent salad always a sign of a good kitchen, great seafood soup, fish and kebabs. Efficient and warm service, great views across the bay towards the castle. Excellent

I know they do this in Europe sometimes but we f... read more Tourists should know that this place charges for the water bottle that they open and pour into glasses for you. I know they do this in Europe sometimes but we figured that because the water was opened and poured without asking us (usually they just place the closed bottle near you) it would be free. Therefore it seems they make it completely mandatory to pay for the water, even if you didn’t drink from the filled glasses, since the waiter doesn’t give you a chance to stop him from opening the bottle. There is also an extra service charge added onto the bill. Being from North America we understand tipping culture, but this isn’t a part of typical European service culture so it seems like a rip off. Food was fine but not worth feeling ripped off for.

The food was cold, and the restaurant was filled with flies (pest). Reply: Really? Not right to take pictures? Really? Your waiter explained that it was for the Earthquake tax. It does not mean that you are longer in the business, you then cannot commit mistakes and greediness.

He took one look at the our family of four and said please let me setup a combination seafood meal for you , otherwise you will end up ordering more and boy how glad we were that we trusted him and went with his recommendations. Posting the resulting pictures below my 2 teen agers who aren’t even big on regular fish ate em all up with satisfaction. The meal was absolutely brilliant! Thanks Bunyan! On every visit to Kusadasi we are absolutely stopping here.
